Do severely handicapped people get in for free?
No. Severely handicapped people do need a regular festival ticket! A personal assistant basically doesn't have to buy a ticket. Necessary conditions: In the disabled persons pass has to be a note that the disabled person mandatorily needs to be accompanied by an assistant. This pass has to be carried by and shown in case of control. If the assistant wants to camp too, you need to buy him a camping ticket!
